Burger of the Week

Jan 8th: Join us for an EGG-cellent Burger of the Week, collaboratively crafted by Summit High School Students, Braden and Dakota. The BACLOT Burger is a 100% grass-fed beef patty with bacon, avocado, tomato, onion, lettuce, and a fried egg.

Jan 1: Join us for 2024’s first Burger of the Week, Quinn’s BLTA! Collaboratively crafted by Summit High School Students, Ella and Ava, the grilled chicken is topped with bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado. It's finished with pesto aioli and served on Texas Toast!

December 26th: This week's Burger of the Week is the Blazin' Blue Burger! Creatively crafted by our manager, Emily, the grass-fed beef patty is topped with crumbled blue cheese, sliced jalapeños, and pepper bacon. It's then finished with arugula and garlic aioli.

December 18th: This week’s Burger of the Week is Olivia’s Kickin’ Chicken! Creatively crafted by Olivia, Bar Star Heidi's daughter, the fried chicken is topped with pickles & lettuce. It’s then finished with ranch and buffalo sauce!

Dec. 11th: This week’s Burger of the Week is the Sparrow Burger! Collaboratively crafted by Summit High School Students, Collin and Paige, this grass-fed beef patty is topped with melted cheddar, maple bacon, fried egg, and avocado. It’s then finished with buffalo aioli and some crisp iceberg lettuce!

December 4th: Spice up your summit with the burger of the week, The ForkNBend Burger! Creatively constructed by local food blogger & photographer @forknbend, the grass-fed beef patty is mixed with chorizo, and topped with arugula, bacon jam, and fire-roasted poblano. Its finished with melted pepper jack cheese, pickled jalapeños & carrots, and cilantro lime mayo!

Looking for a first class burger? Check out this week’s burger of the week, made by Summit High School’s Student Council! Our grass-fed beef patty is topped with melted cheddar cheese, maple glazed bacon, and caramelized onions. It’s then finished with our bbq sauce!

November 20th: Mamma Mia! This week’s Burger of the Week is the Italian Stallion Burger! Creatively constructed by our Manager, Cole, the grass-fed beef patty is topped with melted mozzarella and arugula. It’s finished with marinara and basil mayo!

November 13th: This week's Burger of the Week is the Turkey Dip Burger! Creatively constructed by our General Manager, Colin, this sandwich consists of turkey topped with bacon, tomato, and melted cheese. It's served on a hoagie roll with a side of homemade turkey jus. Come by and give it a try!
